Booking Terms and Conditions

1. On Booking a £10.00 deposit per person is required.
2. The balance of your booking will be due no later that 14 days prior to the activity day; failure to pay this may result in the cancellation of your booking, and no refund will be made on any deposits paid.
3. For bookings made 14 days or less prior to the Activity day, you will be required to pay the full amount on booking.
4. All deposits and balances received will be regarded as confirmation of places and are non-refundable or transferable towards other person(s) balances.
5. Camouflage Outdoor Activities Limited reserves the right to cancel and Activity day(s) with as much prior notice as is possible and change prices and itineraries without notice

Conditions of Attendance and General Instructions

1. The minimum age requirement in order to participate in our Activities is 12 Years with signed Consent by a Parent or Guardian - Consent Forms are available from ourselves or may be printed directly from our website.
2. ALL our packages include: Entrance to our site, All your equipment - Semi-automatic Paintball marker, Full Faced safety mask, Full head snood, Paintball Hopper, All air supplies throughout the day - this powers your paintball marker, Camouflage Coverall, BBQ Lunch, Tea/Coffee - on tap all day, Minimum of 8 Game Scenarios. Additional Paintballs can be purchased on the day. Packages may be mixed within group(s), please note that no packages can be upgraded on the activity day
3. The day is fully supervised, a full safety brief will be given prior to the start of that day, although this is a much enjoyed activity there is a safety issue and we will not tolerate any breach of our safety rules which will result in immediate exclusion. Safety is paramount.
4. Pyrotechnics are available to purchase on the day (subject to availability), please be aware you must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to purchase these. Identification may be required.
5. You will be briefed on each mission prior to playing and each game will be scheduled to last approximately 20 minutes unless advised otherwise.
6. Sensible footwear is a must. Walking boots are ideal or good fitting trainers - please NO Wellington Boots. You are running across uneven ground - Woodland.
7. Old comfortable clothing may be worn. Layers are a good idea as even on the coldest of days you will get very hot. Gloves are optional but desirable.
8. The event will go ahead be it rain or snow etc. Paintball is an extreme activity and is played in all weathers. The only time cancellation may occur is if there are extreme high winds, which may result in tree branches falling.
9. We have covered seating for those wet days and a fire pit to warm yourselves on those cold days. There is a changing room and space to put bags etc. Valuables i.e. Wallets, Phones, Watches etc may be held in the shop on the day. At no time do we accept liability for lost or broken items. If you can, please leave your non-essential valuables at home.
10. Paintball is a full days activity and arrival is at 0900 Hours, the Finish time will vary as to the time of year as when the light starts to go we will stop play as the marshal's cannot safely supervise play if their vision is impaired.
11. Once Paintballs or Pyrotechnics are purchased on site they are the property and responsibility of the purchaser and no refunds will be given for damaged items or any of the said items not being used on the game day.
12. No Pyrotechnics or Paintballs not issued by Camouflage Outdoor Activities limited are permitted on our site, any breach of this rule will result in immediate expulsion. Our insurance covers all those attending our activity days and use of products supplied only by ourselves. Any breach of this condition will result in invalidation of the policy covering you or those affected by you.
13. It is the responsibility of the Organiser to advise us of any relevant information relating to his/ her party i.e. Medical, Vegetarians etc prior to the activity day. We cannot be held responsible for failure of the Organiser or individual not disclosing information to us that is necessary or advisable for the good of the individual in his/ her party.
14. Should you require a copy of our insurance or a risk assessment or any other information, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
15. Photographs are taken of your day and posted onto our website for you to look at and print off at your leisure. Please note we endeavour to post as many photos of your day that we can, however we do not guarantee every picture will be posted and should they not be up to standard they will not go on. This is a free service, not a guaranteed one. Photos will remain on the website for approximately 6 weeks after posting. Higher quality copies of any photo(s) or photos older than six weeks can be obtained by contacting the webmaster. A nominal charge may be levied to cover reproduction and postage costs. To avoid disappointments should you specifically require photographs we advise you to also bring a camera.
16. We have endeavoured to cover every aspect of your forthcoming day at Camouflage, we would welcome any input as to what you feel we have missed or think should be added. Remember - 'We can only improve and continually give you the Customer a quality day by listening to and learning from YOU'.
