ACTIVITY PROVISIONAL BOOKING FORM

From this page, you can now make a provisional booking for your game day. Once you have provisionally booked your day, please either contact us on the 0800 328 4112, or print the booking form from the link below, detach the DEPOSIT SLIP and return it with your deposit payment to reach us no later than 5 working days from the day you made your provisional booking. No later than TWO WEEKS prior to the event, either complete and return the BOOKING FORM with the balance of all Game Fees to our office, or contact us with your credit card details to confirm your final booking details. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

On booking, a 5 working day option will be held for you, in which time a £10 deposit per person is required for up to 10 people. Thereafter, a deposit of £5 per person is required.

If no monies are received and we do not hear from you, your option will automatically cancel at the close of business on the fifth working day.

The balance of your booking will be due no later than 14 days prior to the activity; failure to pay this balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.

All deposits and balances received will be regarded as confirmation of places and are non-refundable or transferable to other person(s) or balance(s).

Camouflage reserves the right to cancel activity days with as much prior notice as is possible and change pricing and itineraries without notice.
